Understand Your NSFAS Status
NSFAS status are in differnt categories. Below are some categories and their meanings;
Approved: Congratulations! If your status is “Approved,” it implies your financial assistance application was approved. You will be reimbursed for the authorized amount.
Pending: A status of “Pending” indicates that your application is still being reviewed. Your eligibility is being evaluated by NSFAS, and you may be required to provide more evidence or information.
Provisionally Funded: This status shows that you have been authorized for financing on a provisional basis. It signifies you fulfil the first standards but needs to be verified further.
Rejected: If it is “Rejected,” it means that your NSFAS funding application was unsuccessful. You are welcome to reapply during the next application cycle.
