Will NSFAS Pay For December 2025
Will NSFAS Pay For December 2025
NSFAS does not provide a separate December allowance for its beneficiaries. This financial support initiative is intended to assist academically deserving and financially disadvantaged South African students. NSFAS largely supports eligible students’ tuition, study materials, and accommodation expenses. Even though NSFAS primarily focuses on housing, textbooks, and tuition, many students are unsure if they can rely on it to pay for costs during the December holiday season. NSFAS typically disburses cash to colleges for tuition and housing. During the December holiday season, however, students may incur additional expenses such as travel, food, and personal goods. NSFAS does not issue a distinct December allowance.
