What Documents Do I Need For NSFAS
The following documents are required to apply for NSFAS 2025;
- South African ID:
In order to be eligible for NSFAS, you must be a South African citizen and have a valid South African ID. This acts as confirmation of your eligibility and citizenship.
- Matriculation Results/Grade 12 Certificate:
You’ll need your matriculation results or Grade 12 certificate to establish that you finished high school. This is an essential condition for NSFAS funding consideration.
- Proof of Household Income:
To establish your eligibility for funding, NSFAS considers your household income. Documents such as pay stubs, affidavits, or proof of income will be required for both your parents/guardians and yourself. These documents assist NSFAS in determining your financial need.
- Completed Consent Form:
