NSFAS Banking Details

NSFAS Banking Details

If you’re a student getting funding from NSFAS, you probably know how essential it is to have the right banking details so your money doesn’t get delayed. These days, NSFAS doesn’t pay allowances straight into your personal bank account. Instead, they use different companies — like eZaga, Coinvest, Norraco, and Tenet Technologies — to handle student payments. Each college or university is linked to a specific payment partner, so you’ll need to register and verify your account with the right one.

When your details aren’t updated or correct, it can cause a lot of frustration because your payments might be late. Once your funding is approved and you’ve finished signing up with the payment partner, you’ll start receiving your monthly allowances. These payments cover essentials like food, rent, transport, and study materials. To avoid any issues, always double-check that your personal information matches what NSFAS and your school have on file.

As part of NSFAS’s digital transition, all NSFAS recipients at universities and TVET colleges will begin getting and transacting with the NSFAS bank card.NSFAS has created a step to accommodate the ever-increasing number of beneficiaries and ensure that allowances are received safely through the new bank account. It’s also really important to keep your login and banking details safe — never share them with anyone. Whether you’re just starting or need to update your details, this guide is here to help you through each step. Keep reading, and you’ll learn exactly how to register, update your NSFAS banking details, and make sure you get your allowances without any hassle.
