How Many Points Needed For NSFAS 2025
NSFAS is a government-funded project that provides financial help to financially disadvantaged South African students, allowing them to pursue quality higher education. This support takes the form of grants and loans, with the primary goal of covering tuition, housing, and study materials. NSFAS takes into account several things. While academic success is significant, it is not the only factor that determines NSFAS eligibility.
Instead, NSFAS employs a point system that takes into account both the applicant’s academic and financial conditions. The applicant’s matriculation results are used to assign points. The more academic points you get, the better your matriculation scores. These points contribute to your eligibility for NSFAS financing.
